Connect your iPad or iPhone to the pedal using a USB cable.
With TouchOSC in Editor mode, open the Connections screen by pressing the button with the chain link icon on the editor toolbar. You might need to scroll right to see the button:
On the Connections screen, select MIDI.
Enable one or more of the connections, then use the Browse buttons to set the Send Port and Receive Port to the connected pedal.
