In this tutorial, we will go through the steps to order a manual for the Particle from www.fedex.com. You can use this tutorial for any of our pedals.
- First thing you’re going to want to do is head over to www.redpandalab.com.
- Next, hover your pointer over “support”, then click on “downloads” from the drop-down menu:
- From here, find your desired pedal model. For this tutorial let’s go with the Particle 2:
- Select the “Owner’s Manual” for your selected model:
- When the manual opens, click the “download” icon:
- Save the download somewhere you can easily access it for uploading to the FedEx website.
- Now you’re going to head to www.fedex.com. Click on “Design & Print”, then click on “Explore Print, Products & Design” from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down the page until you find “Presentations”, click on this option:
- Go through each option and select your preference. We recommend the options shown here:
- Now you’ll upload that downloaded file from earlier.
- Either drag and drop the file into the download area or browse for the file.
- Before you click “Add to Cart”, scroll through all the options to check that your preferences have all saved during the file upload. We’ve noticed that sometimes the double-sided option reverts to single sided, so change that back. Also, sometimes the binding option has reverted to “comb” but that’s awful so change that back to “coil” if it has changed. Now “Add to Cart”.
- You’re finally ready to click Proceed To Checkout!!!
