1. Make sure your TRS MIDI converter is "tip active".  If the TRS MIDI output is labeled "ring active" or "type B", it will not work unless you build a TRS cable that routes the active MIDI signal to the tip.  This article has detailed information about TRS MIDI converters and wiring.
  2. On the web editor's Ctrl Port tab, make sure the CTRL Port Mode is set to MIDI In.  Note that you need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save, in case the setting is not remembered when you turn off the pedal.
  3. On the web editor's Config tab, verify that the MIDI Channel matches the channel you are transmitting on.
  4. Verify that your pedal has the latest firmware installed.
